Who called?
DIPEF — the Association of DJs and Music Producers of Ibiza and Formentera.
What did they want?
To organize a series of inspiring and practical professional talks aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of the local scene, encouraging knowledge-sharing, and boosting the training of future DJs and music professionals linked to Ibiza.
What did we think?
That DJs in Ibiza need to grow both creatively and professionally across all areas of the industry. The event should cover a wide range of topics and be held in winter — Ibiza’s off-season — to strengthen the island’s music community. The sessions should be open to the public and end with DJ sets and networking at the host venue, The Standard Hotel.
What did we do?
We curated and programmed a series of multidisciplinary talks throughout 2024 and 2025 — combining professional presentations (on topics like communication, branding, production, and booking) with interview-style sessions. The result? Strong media coverage, great attendance, and the emergence of Ibiza’s main winter gathering for the island’s music community.
