Beat Hotel

How a British promoter became a Balearic insider. PR, local influencers, and talks on Ibiza’s creative scene turned Beat Hotel into a true cultural reference on the island.

Who called?

Beat Hotel — the traveling event series organized by UK-based marketing agency Kingdom Collective.

What did they want?

Although already respected among the British community in Ibiza, the brand needed to make an impact on the local scene. They were looking for guidance and strategic insight to connect authentically with the island’s residents.

What did we think?

That the key was to involve key voices from Ibiza’s creative community — people who could align with Beat Hotel’s vision and values and act as cultural bridges to their own circles. At the same time, we needed to generate local buzz with targeted press outreach and build a PR team to take the events to the streets in a practical and human way.

What did we do?

We created an organic connection with the local scene through a local press campaign (earning features in key media like Rockdelux, Fiesta & Bullshit, Diario de Ibiza, and L’Officiel), an offline poster campaign, and a creative action featuring some of the island’s most influential cultural and music figures. Finally, we coordinated a team of PRs to promote the events in a close, grassroots way.
